Ali on her way to the bus stop on her first day of Second Grade. It seemed as though starting school was no big deal to Ali. Been There Done That kind of attitude. She was excited to see friends again and be the older 'know it all' sister to Jaxon who is doing it all for the first time.

Weston loved his first day of school, and woke up the next day ready to go again. He was pretty bummed when I explained it is only 2 days a week.
I have to admit I am not the mom who cries when her children leave for school. I am excited for them- and for the time I will have to go shopping with only 1 child or maybe exercise in peace, or get something clean without something else getting destroyed! Im sure by the end of the school year I will be ready for it to end, but Im always ready for it to start up again :)
I hope my kids continue to love school and learning.

brennan is also in love with ninjao as of late. there is a free app on my phone that he loves to play where they break apart into pieces. i like that there is no blood when they "die." he has a spiderman backpack. i LOVE preschool days and am really looking forward to when he is going to be going everyday to kindergarten next year. he needs to get out, and i need him to get out:) win win. max will be in preschool two days next year and i will just have chase on those mornings, it's going to be great!!! :):):)
