This is Roxy Lynn's Christmas present and the newest member of our fam! We just picked her up last night. She is a German Shorthair. They love to hunt, run, and play so she should be perfect for our family. I have always wanted a dog that I can take running with me and Lynn can't wait to teach her how to hunt. The kids love her and are taking a little too good care of her. My biggest goal is to potty train her asap, and so far so good. No accidents in the house all day, and the last 3 times I have taken her out to do her thing she has gone right away. I don't think she likes being in the cold so as soon as I say, "potty time" she goes! I am sure she will have accidents, but as long as it is not on my carpet that is ok!!!
Last week we made gingerbread houses with Nicole and her kids. It was fun and yummy. Ali is sure getting into all of the Christmas activities!
Lynn and the kids have been having fun sledding with the 4 wheeler! Last week our cousins came over and joined in! I went out for 5 minutes and was freezing cold (mostly because I don't wear good snow gear because it doesn't fit over my huge belly) but the children don't seem to care they could be out there for hours with big smiles on their faces.
