I know I could not survive, do you think you could??????


THE NEXT SURVIVOR SERIES

Six married men will be dropped on an island with one car and 3 kids each for six weeks.
Each kid will play two sports and either take music or dance classes.
There is no fast food.
Each man must take care of his 3 kids; keep his assigned house clean , correct all homework, and complete science projects, cook, do laundry, and pay a list of 'pretend' bills with not enough money.
In addition, each man will have to budget in money for groceries each week.
Each man must remember the birthdays of all their friends and relatives, and send cards out on time--no e-mailing.
Each man must also take each child to a doctor's appointment, a dentist appointment, and a haircut appointment.
He must make one unscheduled and i nconvenient visit per child to the Urgent Care.
He must also make cookies or cupcakes for a social function.
Each man will be responsible for decorating his own assigned house, planting flowers outside, and keeping it presentable at all times.
The men will only have access to television when the kids are asleep and all chores are done.
The men must shave their legs, wear makeup daily, adorn himself with jewelry, wear uncomfortable yet stylish shoes, keep fingernails polished and eyebrows groomed.
During one of the six weeks, the men will have to endure severe abdominal cramps, back aches, and have extreme, unexplained mood swings but never once complain or slow down from other duties.
They must attend weekly school meetings, church, and find time at least once to spend the afternoon at the park or a similar setting.
They will need to read a book to the kids each night and in the morning, feed them, dress them, brush their teeth, and comb their hair by 7:00 am.
A test will be given at the end of the six weeks, and each father will be required to know all of the following information: each child's birthday, height, weight, shoe size, clothes size and doctor's name. Also the child's weight at birth, length, time of birth, and length of labor, each child's favorite color, middle name, favorite snack, favorite song, favorite drink, favorite toy, biggest fear and what they want to be when they grow up.
The kids vote them off the island based on performance.
The last man wins only if...he still has enough energy to be intimate with his spouse at a moment's notice.
If the last man does win, he can play the game over and over and over again for the next 18-25 years eventually earning the right to be called Mother!

Finally! An Update.

Surprise: Two Pink Lines! Now I know why I have been so tired!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are excited to have another baby come into the family. I have not been to the doctor yet, but according to Gina's pregnancy calendar that she stole from the doctors office I am 9 1/2 weeks pregnant and due Feb. 22!

I have not been blogging for a while and that is mainly because every spare second I have I lay down and rest. I don't remember being so tired with Ali and Jax, but time allows you to forget (thank goodness) and I did not have 2 other kids to look after at the time. I remember taking a nap every day with Ali when I was pregnant with Jaxon, and I don't get that nap anymore.

We are super excited and thank the Lord for blessing our little family so much.

We spent the last two weeks in Island Park with my family. Island Park is one of my favorite places in the whole world. I have so many memories there and waterskiing/boating is my favorite activity and that is what we do there in the summer. My favorite time to ski is at dust when the water is perfect and you have the lake to yourself. Everyone else has gone in for the night because the air gets cold. But the water is awesome! This first picture is me!

This is Lynn just coming out of a cut - check out how high his spray is. The picture just looked cool!

Ali and Jaxon both did some tubing. I can't wait till they are older and can ski as well. I learned to ski when I was 4. I hated it until I was older so I am not going to make my kids ski till they are ready, but I can't wait to teach them.

Honestly I don't know what these 3 were up to most of the trip. The first is Cub my brother-in-law, the second is Lynn, and the third is Jake, Chelsea's boyfriend. They spent a lot of time doing competitions of all sorts and then making the looser swim across the lake or something. I think in this picture they had just canoed across the lake looking for golf balls they had hit off the dock.

Just before the 4th of July Lynn got his bike running and Ali and Lynn have been having fun putting around on it.

Our trip to Sun Valley was very relaxing. One day we went to Red Fish Lake, just 55 miles north of Sun Valley. It was beautiful! The water crystal clear. We rented paddle boats and played on the beach for a while.



Ali and my sister Jaime spent some time trying to catch fish that were all over, but only got a dead one!

This was just outside the condo we stayed in. Super pretty!

This last picture was taken today. While we were in Sun Valley part of our sprinkler system broke so we are watering with the hose right now. We were eating lunch and I left for just a minute to change the water. Ali took advantage of that time to paint her poor brother with his lunch. He was not very happy about it. She managed to do a lot of damage in such a short amount of time. I don't know how 3 year olds can move so fast. Since I had just given him a bath he got to take 2 baths in less than 2 hours!
