Fun in Utah

The day after Sean got home from his mission Grandpa pulled out the Mustang and took everyone for a ride.  

We went to the Zoo.  Pyper fell asleep on Sean during the bird show!

Garden Bounty

Even though our garden is overflowing with weeds, it still manages to produce.  I have canned almost 100 quarts of pickles this year.  Lots of tomatoes, carrots, green beans, strawberries too.  We also had our first great year for raspberries.  Love it. 

Camping

We went camping as a family at Rainy Creek.  The boys had fun breaking and finding wood for the fire. 

Breakfast was ego waffles over the fire.  

We did lots of 4wheeling and popped a tire.  A stick went right through. 

Lots of streams to play and cool off in. 

The kids were really into hiking.  I took them on a hike the first day while lynn stayed at camp while Pyper napped, and Lynn took them the second day during her nap.  They think they can hike Everest now!  

Friends

We met Amanda and Peter at Wheeler farm to catch up an deat pizza.  It was fun to see them and their cute family.  It has been a few years!

Lava/Downata Hot Springs

In July we went camping with some good friends, the Pett family, Adam's family, and the Thompson familt.  The first day we 4 wheeled in the morning then went to Lava Hot springs.  The second day we 4 wheeled in the morning then went to Downata Hot springs, and the thrird day we 4 wheeled and then floated the river.  It was a great trip.

Easter Fun 2013

We went to the neighborhood easter egg hunt on Saturday...

 Pyper was scared of all the commotion, but still managed to collect a couple of eggs.  

Easter Sunday we spent at Paul and Kirsten's with Grandma and Seth and Kimmy.  Grandma brought bubbles.

And she helped the kids make a pinata.

We also did an egg hunt for the kids.
